Can I manage hundreds accounts with hootsuite?

I was wondering if I can manage 100 accounts for Twitter, tumblr, and Instagram on hootsuite under the same ip address? Is that allowed?

Its against these platform terms to have more than one accounts and to have 300 on the same ip, is that allowed? If one get ban, will they all get ban?

Because i just want to post, and dont want to risk using automation posts.
