Looking for a proper mailer (or mailing service)

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a mailer (or mailing service) that allows me to send 200 emails each day, for 30 days. It should allow me to input variables such as the name of the recipient. It would also be interesting to verify the open rates or click-through rates, but that's not really mandatory.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for me? I'd appreciate it.
