Use a brand domain with other suffix !!

Hi BHW,

I've been busy with lately, sometimes without inteet access.

Anyway, I've been thinking about using a brand domain with other suffix like udemy.fr or upwork.net (don't check, they are not available, just for example). To be precise, the brand I am willing to copy has a country suffix, like .fr or .de and I am trying to use .com or .net or .xyz, Plus, I may use some of its content from time to time.

Now I know what you're thinking, if it is a brand, such domain names wouldn't be available, let's just say I got a clue.

So, my question is will I get in deep trouble doing that ?? I am plaing to gain fast money doing that, then I will stop.
