do you manage a site based on videos ?

if yes, have a couple of questions to you:

1-lets say i have 20 videos (they are my own content) in a category called tourism and each video got its description, lets say visitor will watch a video, after that video is completed, i want a the name of the next video appear with a countdown, for exemple after 5 seconds from completing the 1st video he will redirected to the next video if he is checking an old video, or the the previous video if he was watching the newest video, is that possible ? in my niche i only saw one site with that niche but he is not using wordpress.

2- how do you monetize your videos, i was thinking about uploading video directly to my site without using thirdparty, like when someone likes the content and share it, he will automatically promote for the site, the service i'm selling, and bit of adsense, but i still finding this not enough.

please enlighten me with ur experience!
