upwork fees = a crazy joke ?

I'm glad I checked to see if anyone posted about this. Here's their new pricing page, I won't be using them anymore, or more likely I will just talk to their contractors on skype and do a private deal. This is goa hit a lot of people;
-Workers need to raise prices
-Buyers need to lower prices to maintain budgets
-Many jobs are small ones, which means this will have a potential chilling effect for labor on that site, almost the equivalent of the real world effect of raising the minimum wage, it adds to the cost of the original product which can act in a deflationary way.

A good opportunity for another site to step up to the bat..
