Need advise on best blackhat techniques

I am looking forward for best blackhat techniques which can help me get the top rankings on google even if it is for a day or two i won't mind it as long as i am getting page 1 ranking for highly competetive niches.

Is there are good technique or tool or some method for doing this?

What i need here is

1) quick results
2) i can change domain/hosting/ip/etc everything everyday
3) i need only for lead generation
4) niche is highly competetive

Any help or any paid services recommendations would be highly appreciated.
