Renting URL space on Instagram.

I have a tattooed girls account on Instagram which is currently standing at 145k followers. Someone with a clothing (male) business has approached me and they want to rent my URL space because it's currently unused. I honestly don't know what to charge him because I didn't even know this is a thing do anyone have any idea what should I charge him? I guess any money is gold money but still it would be good to the know suitable price. His website is safe because I've visited it and it's just an online store.
