Just stumbled on a Facebook ads showing this website named Grytics analytical tools, claiming they make it easy to get statistics and metrics about Facebook Groups.
According to website, the tool features:
Advanced KPIs and statistics, such as engagement or activity, based on your group data, are made available through reporting tools.
Two kinds of Facebook groups can be used for analysis:
- The ones you admin
- Open groups (even if you are not member)
Key statistics give you a picture of your group’s activity:
- Group main statistics (likes, Idea)
- Group activity
- Members engagement rate
- Top posts
- Posts type
- Last posts
The platform offers you a broad view of all posts of your groups: in addition to the engagement generated by your members on each post, you get specific statistics on your members’ activity.
The “Members” tab gives you a two-level analyze of your members:
- Global with a members ranking system to identify best likers, commenters, influencers and most engaged members,
- Individual by using “members search” to get the stats of a particular member (his influence or his amount of likes, Idea…)
The core of your group is your community, your members. With Grytics, you can monitor the activity but you can also act in order to make your group better.
