Reversing a MOZ Spam Score of 10?

Well, I had a nice surprise yesterday.

MOZ must have had an update and one of my sites has gone from 0 to 10 on the Spam Score. It says 77% chance of a penalty (none yet) so I'm naturally conceed.

Anyone this happen to them and what to do about it? Link audit? Any services to recommend?

The blurb says:

-Low Moztrust Score
-Large Site with few links
-Ratio to follow / no follow fucked up

I just checked on AHREFS and it's showing 46% no follow. I have no idea how that's happened as I've largely left the site alone.
