Google Fully Turns Off Feed To Toolbar PageRank

Yesterday i scraped some web 2.0 blogs with Scrapebox, when check PR for URL's has retu Zeros ,I re scrape again & check PR has retu Zeros,
check Some URL's manually by some toolbar such Open SEO State, NO PR all PR is Zeros , why the PR results were all Zeros.
I search & found this "Google Fully Tus Off Feed To Toolbar PageRank", all the toolbars thats worked in IE or FF or GC or any based tools that scraped data, they have been officially closed down, I'm Shocked.
