In search of a good windows based VPS

I am looking for a virtual private server:

Requires:

1. Somewhat easy to set up initially
2. Supports windows
3. operates as fast as possible
4. offers at least 6-8G of RAM

I currently use IWStacks and I am not really a fan. The actual response rate between clicking something and it actually working is SO SLOW. Are there any VPS that are not super slow when you are using them?? Also, I caot make it full screen.

Maybe this is standard for VPS but I don't think so. Any recommendations?
