Looking for a High Quality Writer for a Case Study/Technical White Paper

I am looking for a writing service that can go deep into a tech-related field (IT, coectivity, cloud computing) including referencing/citing statistics and surveys to back up the article.

Looking for about a 1,000 word article, give or take. I haven't been able to find anything in the Marketplace that seemed geared towards high end, almost academic research type writing.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!
