Is it illegal?

Hey sorry if I'm posting in wrong section.

I'm wondering is it legal to create profiles on dating sites, po sites etc and bait users through automated pm or Idea into signing up to dating offers, basically wondering if it's illegal because I'm not really a hoy 23 yo girl lol (also using profile pics that are some postar or just from random places), so does that violate the law?
And I'm sure it would violate most sites TOS, but is there a real risk they could sue you or something.
