Been Baed From Forum Please Help!

Hi,

I've been baed from a particular forum for trying a blackhat method on there. The thing is i really need to get back on there but am 99% sure they have blocked my IP address so that i can never register again. I've been looking at various proxy threads on here but i still can't decide which one to use. Any recommendations? I wanted to go with a small package something like 10 a month. I will be using them to make multiple forum profiles on the same forum.
