Touchy subjects on Instagram

Hello.

Ultra green noob here. Looking at different niches to get an instagram up and ruing for a website I'm launching.

My question is about the weed niche. Does instagram ban people for adult/weed niches? What are the things that I need to be careful about while building a following for an instagram in the weed niche?

Basically I don't want to build a huge instagram following if the profile can be removed easily.

Thanks for the help!
