Promoter familiar with music promotion

Hi,

I've been IMing since around 4 years ago and ventured into some niches and succeeded on alot. My real passion has always been music though and I am now going to focus on that.
So therefore, lately I've been going less into real IM and more into the (EDM) music side of things(promotion). It is kinda hard though. I have tracks that are high quality but not a large fanbase since I mainly want to focus on actually creating the music.

What I need is someone to either (or both):
- Promote a track I am going to release soon. The quality of it is on par with the professional music being made these days. Can you hype things up on social media and actually gain a community of people that are hyped about the track so bad they waa buy it and listen to it?
- Work as a team to grow big (more management/promoter way)

I am willing to spend $800 or around 30% for a time period. If you're confident in your abilities then I believe you should choose the 30% though.

I am not looking for fake likes or any of that but if you have a plan you're welcome to explain it . I also am already working on a plan of my own since waiting all day for someone to reply is not my type of thing.
