Automated News Posting YouTube Chaels - how do they work?

Hi folks,

sorry for the title gore, I meant chaels like this on YT: /chael/UCZD1VRGZOFyD7zKObmpt3bw/videos
Bots scrape news sites and upload the news automatically including pics and text-to-voice.

I wanted to start something similar for a different niche, can anybody help me out? I can't find anything on Google other than blog posts comdemning them.

Thanks a lot in advance! Have a great Saturday
