Anyways the interface looks simple but maybe I'm just a bit lost. The program looks like its ruing but where do I check results?

I keep going to the URL's tab and it comes up empty, I look at the logs and all tasks say "Task Deleted " is it creating then deleting tasks? Im a little lost please see screenshots
