I've worked countless hours on my app startup (a location based social network app called TETHR). I recently did a soft launch on android and am currently working to complete the IOS version. All of my effort/expertise are currently put into programming and I am looking to partner with someone who can drive MASSIVE amounts of location based app installs. It's crucial that the installs be location based, because we need to target specific locations and expand from there (users need others around them to interact/message with). I'm currently in the process of attempting to secure funding, so everything has been completely out of pocket up until now. I've been speaking with an incubation company that works with tech startups in my local area and they basically told me that before they can work with me, they'd need to see some serious traction, but that the app itself had serious promise and potential.
