My First Journey to rank 1000 Search volume keyword within 1 month

Hi every one this is the place I feel better and like family.
I found many good people bad one too here.

My experience :- I have made many website made money too in past but like after google update all gone most of the time.
Now I want to rise again. Ranking small website is not that much hard task I know but it takes time and work. I am starting my jouey here because normally I am lazy if have to post here than it will remind me to do daily work and it will help me a lot.
My first site
Site first 2 months old and domain is 3 years old
Low competition keywords
#Keyword 1^st 1000
#keyword 2^nd 1900
#keywords 3^rd 590

Task I am going to do 1 Month
15 web 2.0 Post
6 Doc PDF sharing
6 Image sharing
10 Forum post
10 Commenting
5 Video sharing links
6 Social media profiles
15 normal site profile like Fm, moz etc
And last 6 audio sharing site submissions.

I will post update every 3rd day
