How to manually unfollow on Instagram?

Hey everyone. I have been lurking this site for a while and even used some of the methods. Specifically with Instagram I manually followed with the Instagram app and unfollowed through crowdfire. Recently crowdfire has only been letting me unfollow 25 per day when I used to be able to unfollow 100 an hour. What is the best way to manually unfollow currently?
