FL - Question

i like to play it safe.
question 1 :
is it better to follow on certain days and then unfollow on one day of the week ?
how many you can unfollow safely ?

or do you follow and unfollow on the same day?

question 2 :
sure there is a time delay but how does FL run ?
countinously ... means if you start at 12 am it runs all the time with the time delay till the limit is reached or can you spread it out. i am a fan of not more than 60 follow and unfollow an hour. how can i set that ???
