How can I profit off pranks/social experiments chael -- 13,000 subscribers?

My friend makes social experiment / prank videos / magic videos on the street

He hasn't even begun to reach his full potential in terms of marketing or anything. He has 13,000 subscribers at the moment, 300, 000 views off 6 videos. Last video he posted a few days ago, and got 75,000 views. I asked him, and his words were that he never bought youtube views, all his views are organic

He's locked in with Fullscreen Youtube Partnership, and he's hardly making money

I want to help him make money, and in term make money for myself
