Looking for Turkish citizen to ask about somethings in Turkey :)

I'm here in Istanbul for couple of years but still i don't speak turkish just few words ,....there are somethings pretty complicated things here i have no idea about , so i would like a Turkish person who's speaks English to communicate with for some issues !
