Facebook ads issue

I would like to use facebook ads to run a campaign for my website. My visa credit card is baed by facebook. I asked the exact reason why its baed. They just hit back with an automated message saying "sorry, this payment method not supported". But they indeed stating "visa credit card is accepted" under payment methods. So can anyone tell me what to do next? I'm desperate to run ads in facebook. They're ignoring my support questions and not at all answering my support requests.
