Is there a way to mass contact Youtube chael owners?

Hi Everybody,

I've created a method for Youtube video creators (with high quality chaels) to monetize people who have ad block installed without having to sell anything to them (not CPA).

So my question is simple and stated in the topic title: Is there a bot that can create chael owners automatically?

I rememeber software before to contact Youtube video creators who don't have a link in their description but forgot what it's called, and i'm not sure if there's a better bot available now.

Thanks in advance!
