Enable Multisite (WPMU) Do you do this When installing WP?

Hi, Do you guys check this box when you install WP fresh onto a new site? I am not entirely sure what it does but by the looks of it, for SEO purposes I would not want my sites to be coected.

I also don't know what this option does but I do not enable it on any of my site.
