Good Cheap Shared Proxies? whats the best provider???

have bought from 2 sellers on here in the past days and both of them have been just terrible...
I do not want to pay much more than $0.5 for a shared proxy and maybe need 10 of them.

Anyone can suggest some good place/site/provider which is decent?
Thanks.
