Need developer to create a Facebook App can create oldie post (date different than post)

Hello, we need some developer to create an app that can post in fan page oldie post (we can choose the day to post, from the past, not future) is a tool for community managers that forget to post what they sold to clients and forgot.
We cant do manually cause Facebook have something called "post history", and we need it resolve by programming/backend/.

This can be possible on Personal profilaes or fan pages.

Somebody can do this? We will pay godo if you can resolve this issue with our clients. We work on Social Media (selling likes, followers, ) and update Fan Pages and Instagram.

Thanks
