FL Settings 1 Year Account 12K Followers by hand

What would be the "best" Settings for Followliker for an
account that has allready 12K Followers.

I get all the followers by hand until now but waa automate now.

Account is 1 Year and few months old.
I was following like crazy by hand before no ban
but keep in mind, the account was allready ~1year old when i started working with it.
Unfollow by hand was 300-500 per day.
