How to generate income from data

Hello Everyone

I would like to call myself a data analyst and i'm pretty good at excel haha.

Anyways, I recently took a introduction course on SEO because I wanted to create an eCommerce website. As i'm leaing about these FB/instagram ads and how people use email list to generate sales.
It occurs to me that I might be into another market on its own.

For a while now I've been gathering online shopping data and it's all opted in by user (no illegal/scam stuff here)

I've realized that people who has online stores would be interested in this type of data.. or big companies?
For example, I could provide a list of emails and phone numbers on people who like to buy clothing online, or more specific products such as bike parts, tools, vitamins etc.

I'm a noob in this, and i literally just leaed what SEO stands for. But i just wanted to ask if there is a market for people buying data like this and what's the best way for me to generate money from these data.
