Newbie to Pinterest

Basically atm I am trying to get 4-5 accounts on Instagram to at least 80k followers each in 1 year time, using followliker mainly (as manually i was getting baed etc)
Now I kept researching and figured that i should do the same thing for pinterest and some other social media networks, as 100k following on either of them is still 100k real people to which i can sell products and ea from , a year from now !

Couple questions:

1) How much accounts per home Ip?
2) Can i upload pictures without linking to any url until i reach a good amount of followers, and monetize once i reach them?
3) Is the engagement good in this social network or is it bad like twitter?
4) do you gain followers as easy as instagram or Followback ratio sucks?

any tips, thoughts starting from scratch on pinterest please?

I will probably buy followliker for it aswell
