How can I setup VPS to run 3 traffic exchanges at the same time?

I've found a way to monetize bot traffic at $0.31 cpm, but I need to run traffic exchanges 24/7. I need to run otohits, hitleap and jingling. If there is a way to run more TEs in conjunction with those, awesome, but I'm ok with just ruing those 3.

My vps specs are :

• OpenStack KVM
• 1 vCore
• 2.4 GHz
• 2 GB RAM
• 10 GB SSD
  Local RAID 10
