Website got Adsense Sandboxed? Any way to to fix?

Hello,
Last month I got baed in adsense for invalid activity. But this month I got approved again in adsense but with different name and address.
Ads are appearing in all of the website but it is not showing in 1 website.
I never received any email about any particular website getting baed in website.

So, I went to ctrlq.org and put my website and I see the ads are not appearing.
So does that mean the website got sandboxed ? If so, is there any way to fix and retrieve the website so that I can put adsense again?
